Preventative / Hygiene

Preventative care is the primary focus and backbone of our practice. Our goal is to stop tooth decay before it needs dental treatment. Hygiene appointments are vital for preventing oral disease. During a hygiene appointment the teeth and gums are cleaned, measurements are recorded for future reference, staining is removed, and the tissues around the teeth are screened for cancers and pathology.

Crowns

At Smilecraft Dental, we offer highly aesthetic and incredibly strong crowns as restorations for severely worn, broken, or compromised teeth. A crown is fabricated to cover the chewing portion of the tooth to provide strength and longevity. We are thrilled to announce that we are now offering same-day crowns at Smilecraft Dental! With our new technology we can scan and mill a high-quality crown for you in a single visit. Sit back and relax in a pair of Normatec leg compression boots and watch your favorite show or listen to music while you wait for your crown to be made and finished.

Implants

Implants can be an excellent replacement for natural teeth. We work with some of the best specialists and labs to ensure a long lasting solution and a good experience.

Scaling & Root Planning

For patients in need of more attention to their gingival health, we offer scaling and root planing (SRP). It is a “deep clean” directed toward areas of inflammation around the teeth with a goal of preventing recession (loss of bone). Patients are anesthetized and meticulous care is taken to clean any surface harboring bacteria.

Comprehensive Planning & Care

The mouth is an amazing collection of systems which work in concert to aid in speech, eating, taste, and many other functions. Teeth also work together as a team. This is why we believe treatment planning is essential to quality care. We look at the mouth and lip form, gingival health, plane of occlusion, TMJ movement and more to determine how best to manage care. This planning provides for a healthier and better informed patient.

Teeth Whitening

We now offer in office teeth whitening in addition to the take home teeth whitening kits that are available for purchase.

Dentures/Partial Dentures

Looking to address a gap in teeth? We know that sometimes dental implants are not an option. We offer full and partial dentures to give you a smile you can be proud of and that look like YOU!

Oral Cancer Screening

Oral cancer screening is part of our dental exams to ensure we stay on top of any changes or irregular tissue that we can observe.

Mouth Guards

Night guards, occlusal guards or sports mouth guards can be a great way to protect and maintain your smile. They often alleviate jaw pain, ear pain, frequent tension headaches, tooth wear and tooth sensitivity that occur from teeth clenching & grinding. If you check any of these boxes, let’s talk! Smile Design

SureSmile is a clear aligner treatment that can help you achieve your ideal smile. Schedule a consult with the doctor, a treatment plan will be created and presented to you. Within a couple weeks you will have your trays in and on your way to a beautiful straight smile! Regular check-ins will ensure that your teeth are adjusting according to plan. At the end of treatment you will receive a teeth whitening treatment and a retainer to keep your smile in place!
